Doug Anderson has a strong background helping Buyers and Sellers, Landlords and Tenants with all their commercial real estate needs. Before starting Candor Realty, Doug spent over 10 years with a local commercial real estate brokerage specializing in office, retail, apartment projects, industrial and land. Doug has spent over 22 years experience helping clients with building & managing mixed use commercial/residential projects. Doug currently offers full service commercial brokerage, and property management in and around the Greater Lafayette, Indiana area.

Kelsie Newberry

Principal Broker and Property Manager, Kelsie Newberry was born and raised in Lafayette, IN. Kelsie was valedictorian of her William Henry Harrison High School class and later attended Purdue University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications. After college, she became a licensed real estate salesperson and worked at F.C. Tucker/Lafayette in the Commercial Division as a broker's assistant. She also worked as a property manager for D&D, LLC. Kelsie is a property manager that believes in being highly accessible, personable, and trustworthy.
